Course Description
Critical thinking is the ability to make logical and well-reasoned decisions, based on arguments and conclusions which can be supported by evidence. It is the ability to think clearly and rationally, ask questions to search for and find related facts, evaluate the evidence, and make imaginative, reasoned, and defensible decisions, decisions which the decision maker can defend and stand behind with confidence. It encompasses the ability to make decisions by tapping into the knowledge of others and expanding the range of solutions available.
